We provide one service: dignified, affordable direct cremation. We don't upsell traditional funerals, viewings, or caskets. One focused service means one honest price.
Direct cremation is the simplest, most dignified cremation option. There's no viewing, no embalming, no formal service at a funeral home. Your loved one is cared for from the moment of passing through cremation, and the ashes are returned to you.
You call us at any hour. Our counselor answers directly — no answering service, no voicemail. We gather basic information, confirm pricing, and explain what happens next. Within an hour, we're dispatched.
Our team transports your loved one from the place of passing (home, hospital, hospice, SNF, or coroner) to our refrigerated care facility. No mileage fees within the SCV, Antelope Valley, or northern LA County.
We file the death certificate with LA County, obtain the cremation permit, and coordinate with the attending physician for signature. You never visit a county office or hospital records desk.
Carried out at a California-licensed, state-regulated crematory. Chain of custody is tracked. Cremation is private — your loved one is never commingled. A metal ID disc stays with the remains throughout.
Your loved one's ashes are placed in a durable urn (included) with a velvet carrying bag. We personally deliver within 30 miles of our service area. USPS Priority Mail Express ($150 add-on) ships anywhere further.
After the cremation, our team remains available for any questions — about scattering, additional certified copies, memorial options, or anything else. We don't disappear after billing.
Our primary coordination point for in-hospital passings in the SCV. We know the morgue release protocol, the discharge paperwork, and the timing. Most SCV hospital pickups happen within 2–4 hours of a call.
For passings in Palmdale, Lancaster, and the broader Antelope Valley, we coordinate with both hospitals' decedent affairs offices. Transfer back to the SCV happens same-day whenever possible.
The closest Kaiser hospital for most SCV Kaiser members. We're familiar with their release workflow and documentation requirements for Kaiser enrollees.
For deaths that fall into coroner jurisdiction (unexpected, unattended, suspicious), we coordinate with the LA County Medical Examiner-Coroner at 1104 N. Mission Road. Release timing varies — we track it daily on your behalf.
For deaths at home or in hospice care, we coordinate with the attending hospice RN or physician for the death pronouncement, then dispatch for transfer. We've worked with every major SCV hospice service.
For families who choose interment of ashes, Eternal Valley Memorial Park (Newhall) offers urn gardens and columbarium niches. Mountain View Memorial Park in Fillmore is another nearby option. We can coordinate placement if desired — not included in the base price.
Not sure what applies to your situation? Call us — we'll explain it clearly, with no pressure.
